Committee Meetings

Meetings are scheduled at the the last meeting of each calendar year and are open to the public.
Unless otherwise stipulated, meetings are held in the conference room of the Bert Cooper Engineering Lab located at
980 North Ridge Drive, Stillwater, OK 74078.
Agendas are posted at the public entrance of the meeting place and on this page within 24 hours of the start of each meeting.

Directions: Enter Stillwater on HWY 51. Turn north at the light on Western. (On the far west end of town.)
Western makes a turn to the east (right) and becomes Hall of Fame. Turn left (north) at the traffic light on Willis.
Go north and cross McElroy.  Continue north to the stop sign.  Turn left and you will see the drive into the Cooper Lab.
